Terms of Service

Effective date: March 10, 2026

1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing or using the RAXE website (raxe.ai) or any RAXE software, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to these terms, do not use our services.

2. Description of Services

RAXE provides AI security products and research services, including:

  • RAXE Website (raxe.ai) -- informational website, live demo, and threat intelligence reports
  • RAXE Defend Community Edition -- free AI security SDK and CLI tool
  • RAXE Defend Enterprise -- commercial AI security product (separate agreement required)
  • RAXE Labs -- AI threat research, advisories, and threat intelligence publications

3. Community Edition License

RAXE Defend Community Edition is licensed under the RAXE Community Edition License. You may obtain a copy of the license at github.com/raxe-ai/raxe-ce/blob/main/LICENSE.

Your use of RAXE Defend Community Edition is governed by the RAXE Community Edition License terms, which take precedence over these Terms of Service where there is a conflict regarding the software itself.

4. Enterprise Terms

RAXE Defend Enterprise and RAXE Labs research partnerships are governed by separate enterprise agreements. Contact enterprise@raxe.ai for details.

5. Intellectual Property

The RAXE name, logo, and brand assets are trademarks of RAXE. Website content, design, and non-software materials are protected by copyright.

Threat intelligence reports, advisories, and research publications on the RAXE website may be referenced and linked to, but may not be reproduced in full without written permission.

Detection signatures and rules included in RAXE Defend Community Edition are part of the distribution and are covered by the RAXE Community Edition License.

6. Disclaimer of Warranties

RAXE services and software are provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, either express or implied, including but not limited to implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, or non-infringement.

RAXE does not warrant that the software will detect all security threats, that the service will be uninterrupted or error-free, or that defects will be corrected. Security software is one layer of a comprehensive security strategy and should not be relied upon as the sole means of protection.

7. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, RAXE shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or any loss of profits or revenues, whether incurred directly or indirectly, or any loss of data, use, goodwill, or other intangible losses resulting from your use of the services.

8. Governing Law

These terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Delaware, United States, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.

9. Changes to These Terms

We reserve the right to modify these terms at any time. Material changes will be posted on this page with an updated effective date. Your continued use of RAXE services after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
